A JOYFUL HOMECOMING: QUADRUPLETS AND FAMILY HEAD HOME

On May 13, 2025, KDF soldier Ssgt Stanley Koech and his wife, Judith, were discharged from Eldoret Regional Hospital (ERH) following the safe delivery of their quadruplets—one boy and three girls. The heartwarming send-off was attended by Brigadier John Kipya, Commandant Defence Forces Recruit Training School, senior officers from ERH, and representatives of the Military Wives Association of Kenya (MWAK), led by Mrs. Dorcas Chesire.

Brig Kipya extended heartfelt congratulations to the couple on behalf of KDF leadership, wishing the newborns and their mother continued health and happiness. He commended ERH for its exceptional care and commended KDF for establishing ERH, a critical medical facility in the region, which has significantly enhanced healthcare access for service members and their families.

Additionally, he appreciated MWAK for their steadfast support, ensuring the Koech family felt cared for throughout their medical journey.

This joyous occasion highlighted the unity and shared responsibility within the KDF community, reinforcing the importance of standing by one another through both military duties and personal milestones.
